Interoperability compliance testing is to verify that Eastcom Systems Telephone Call Accounting & Audit Package 8.22 (TelCAAP) can interoperate with Avaya IP Office Server Edition 10.0 (IPO).
Eastcom TelCAAP used Station Message Details Recording from Avaya IP Office Server Edition to collection of call detail records (CDR).
During the compliance testing, CDR collection was verified for IPO systems included: one IP Office Server Edition Primary server (Linux-based) and one IP500 V2 system configured as an expansion system.

In collaboration with National University of Singapore (NUS), Eastcom delivered an Event Management & Attendance Tracking System for Kent Ridge Alumni Family Day, an annual tradition that welcomes alumni, students and staff for a day of fun and activities. The integrated system provided an efficient online registration to guests wherein existing identification cards were presented to the registration booth on the day of the event. In addition, real-time statistics of guest attendance and various reports were available for the organisers.
