TelCAAP 8.21 certification with Aura® Communications Manager 6.0.1 means that customers can now be assured 100% interoperability between the two solutions.

Singapore, 08 November 2011 – Eastcom Systems Pte Ltd, a global provider of world class universal cost optimisation solutions for large and medium sized enterprises, today announced that their Telephone Call Accounting & Audit Package (TelCAAP) 8.21 has been awarded full interoperability and compliance certification with Avaya’s Aura ® Communicaitons Manager 6.0.1.

This achievement marks the successful completion of a rigorous battery of tests by Avaya that indicates that TelCAAP 8.21 has been deemed to fully comply with the requirements of Avaya’s Aura ® Communicaitons Manager 6.0.1.  Achieving 100% compliance and interoperability means that customers can now be assured that TelCAAP’s 8.21 extensive call accounting features will function seamlessly with Aura® Communications Manager 6.0.1.
