Peter Hum
Peter Hum is the founder and managing director of StrateValue Pte
Ltd. With more than 19 years of international business and global
telecommunications experience, Peter is truly a pioneer in the
Communications Lifecycle Management (CLM) space within Asia Pacific.
Being a subject matter expert within CLM, Peter has contributed his
vision and thought leadership to the growth of CLM over the past many
years and has had the pleasure of providing strategic and operational
guidance to senior level executives in some of the largest
multinational organisations in the region.
Previously, Peter founded the Asia Pacific operations for Tangoe, the
largest CLM vendor in the market. He has also held senior level
positions at Eastcom Systems and Eicon Networks (now Dialogic)
Peter has been featured in leading Asian and industry IT publications,
and has spoken at major conferences on TEM in Asia.
Peter is an Industry Leadership Council member at CTEMS and is an
advisor on Telecom Expense Management (TEM) issues at Guidepoint
Global Advisors.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialisation in Management
Information Systems (MIS) from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada.

Deborah Torres Patel
Deborah Torres Patel is an internationally acclaimed author, speaker,
educator and communication consultant. She has worked in more than
65 countries and is the creator of a unique 5-part communication
training program called Expressing You!®
Deborah taught at UCLA (Los Angeles), NUS and NTU in Singapore and
is currently on the Faculty at Nanyang Polytechnic for the Singapore
Institute of Retail Studies (SIRS) and Asia Spa Institute (ASI)
teaching brand communication, marketing, copywriting, executive
presence, and voice & presentation skills.

| Dr. Rajah Kumar
Dr. Rajah Kumar is President of the Malaysian International Chamber
of Commerce and Industry (MICCI) and advisor and senior consultant
to Philips Healthcare in Asia/Pacific. Dr. Kumar also serves
on the board of the Malaysian Industrial Development Authority
(MIDA) in addition to being on several workgroups in
the Malaysian Economic Planning Unit (EPU). Previously, Dr.
Kumar was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Philips Group of
Companies in Malaysia from August 2002 until October 2008. Dr. Kumar is often invited to speak on various
topics in management by SMU, ASLI, Marcus Evans and many other organizations
and business schools in the region.
Dr. Kumar is a physicist and electronics engineer with an MBA and a
Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA)

Ravi Subramanian
Ravi Subramanian, a
business transformation expert and high profile business executive
brings more than 25 years in the telco and IT industry to Eastcom’s Global Advisory Board.
Most recently, Ravi served as the Practice Head for Services
business at Motorola within their Asia Pacific Home & Networks
Division. Prior to this, Ravi
was the Asia Pacific Director for Solutions & Support Services at
VeriFone, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hewlett Packard.
Ravi’s ICT career began with
the House of Tatas, an iconic Indian conglomerate, where he held
several key management roles across the globe. As its Country Head, he
was instrumental in leading Tata Consultancy Services’ (TCS)
exponential growth in the Japanese market and was instrumental in
transforming Tata Technologies from a computer hardware maker to a
profitable services-based organization as their General Manager.
He received his Mechanical Engineering and post graduate Systems and
Operations Management
degrees from the University of
Bombay. He is widely traveled having lived in the USA, UK, New
Zealand, Japan, and India.
Ravi is married with two children and is based in Singapore.

Yap Tuck Keong
Yap Tuck Keong, a
highly influential and much sought after independent consultant and
successful entrepreneur brings more than 25 years of industry IT
experience to Eastcom’s Global Advisory Board.
Previously, Tuck Keong spent 18 successive years at Maybank in
various senior level management roles and several more years heading
the shared services and IT organisations at both CSC and Prudential
Corporate Asia in Malaysia.
Tuck Keong is currently an advisor to several high tech companies in
Malaysia. |
